Matriark is a Copenhagen based DJ and producer and one of the member of a Bunkerbauer artist collective. Matriark co-runs and curates Malmö and Copenhagen connecting label Megatech Industries. Growing up in Norway to the sound of trance in the 90's had a significant impact on the artist from the early days and the love for this sentiment was born. Matriark transformed this passion for trance nostalgia, twisted it with her high-spirited energy and quickly built an audience as a DJ and producer since she started in 2019.

Her true love for the history of rave and underground culture shines through her eclectic set ranging  from hard-trance euphoria, groovy, psychedelic trance, hard hitting tekno to contemporary dystopian rave anthems, but the artist is not limiting herself to specific genres because for her it’s all about emotion.
